Because of this, the mind often repeats the same pattern even while trying to solve the problem. Story Therapy helps you step outside the story for a moment and see how the difficulty was created and maintained by the mind’s own narrative.
When the story becomes visible, the pattern becomes clear. And when the pattern becomes clear, life can be shaped more wisely — because you can finally see the elements that compose it.
THE UNCOUNSELLOR STORY THERAPY
The UnCounsellor Story Therapy explores how our experiences, beliefs, emotions, and relationships gradually form the narrative through which we understand life. Over time this narrative becomes a system in the mind — guiding expectations, shaping reactions, and influencing decisions.
This work brings together Zen Insights, Systems View of Life, NLP, and Symbolic Systems to understand narrative as a living pattern. Through careful conversation and structured tools, the story becomes visible, understandable, and open to change. As the narrative shifts, the mind naturally moves toward greater clarity, emotional steadiness, and a more intelligent relationship with life.
SYMBOLS AND THE SUBCONSCIOUS STORY
Our subconscious mind stores many images associated with the stories we live by. As a result, symbolic systems can become powerful tools for reflection.
During the process, we may work with symbolic frameworks such as the I Ching, Vastu, Astrology, Tarot, Totems or other meaningful images that resonate with your personal narrative. These symbols are not used for prediction. They act as mirrors that help reveal the deeper pattern of the story already present in the mind.
When the symbolic language of the subconscious becomes visible, the story can be understood more fully and reshaped with greater awareness.
WORKING WITH CHILDREN AND FAMILIES
The UnCounsellor works extensively with children, adolescents, and families, where many of the stories that shape a life first take form. Early experiences in the family, school, and social environment often become the narratives through which a young person understands themselves and the world. When these stories involve anxiety, pressure, conflict, or misunderstanding, they can quietly influence behaviour, confidence, and relationships for years. Through Story Therapy, the child and the family are helped to see the pattern of these narratives with greater clarity. By bringing the story into awareness and gently reshaping it together, the process supports emotional understanding, healthier communication, and a more supportive environment in which the child and the family can grow.

The UnCounsellor Session is a focused one-to-one conversation in which your current difficulty serves as the entry point to understanding the story behind it. Together, we identify the narrative shaping the situation, trace its pattern, and explore how it influences thoughts, emotions, and behaviour.
A specific programme of reflective tools and techniques is used during the process so that the new story becomes practical and usable in daily life. The aim is simple: to help the mind move from confusion to clarity and to support a story that allows greater freedom, balance, and understanding.
