A Teacup. A Window. A Slightly Foolish Way of Finding Your Way Back to Yourself.
Some people need therapy.
Some people need a psychiatrist.
But many of us… simply need a window opened —
a bit of air inside the mind,
a bit of light on the story we’ve been carrying too long.
The UnCounsellor’s Session is exactly that.
You bring whatever is bubbling: worry, sadness, overthinking,
a quiet confusion you can’t quite name,
or the sense that life has misplaced its manual.
We sit with a metaphorical teacup between us —
and into it goes a little humour, a little silence,
a little clarity, a little wisdom.
Nothing complicated. Nothing heavy.
Just enough warmth for your thoughts to loosen,
and enough space for you to see the window
that was waiting there all along.
Nothing is used all at once.
Everything is woven gently, as needed,
in service of clarity, calm, and breath.
Nothing dramatic happens,
yet everything shifts —
the way a breeze quietly straightens curtains.
And because every person needs something a little different,
The UnCounsellor offers two simple pathways:

BOOK YOUR SESSION
The UnCounsellor offers two simple sessions — each designed to ease the mind and steady the heart.
In both sessions, we use quiet, practical tools — gentle breathwork, grounding cues, colour prompts,
and small pattern-shifting exercises — to soften the mind, settle the body,
and help your inner weather turn a little clearer.
A CUP OF TAO - ONLINE SESSION
A gentle, story-based conversation that brings clarity where things feel muddled.
Perfect for heavy thoughts, looping worries, confusion, or those moments
when you don’t feel quite like yourself.
A calm place to breathe, untangle, and see your life with softer eyes.
ZEN SOLO - SESSION + FIVE HOURS OF RETREAT FOR WOMEN
For days when conversation helps, but rest is the real medicine.
This includes the same soft UnCounsellor session, followed by five quiet hours in a spacious terrace setting — flowers, breeze, silence, tea, cushions,a peaceful indoor room, and no expectations.
A place where your tired heart can lie down without explaining itself.
STORIES
Satee has written these small stories for The UnCounsellor — quiet companions for anyone who needs a gentler way of seeing their own life.
Sometimes a story helps us see our own lives more gently.
The Stories are small companions —
quiet, whimsical, and unexpectedly wise.
They do not advise.
They simply open a window where there was once a wall.
You’re welcome to read them whenever your mind needs a softer place to rest.
