In ancient Egypt, the dead carried their truth into the afterlife. Not their belongings — their story.
If the story was light, they were free. If heavy, they were devoured.
In a way, we live that myth every day. We carry the weight of past stories, old vows, unfinished grief, An ancient shame wearing modern clothing.
The Fool Method does not destroy these stories. It listens long enough that they finally say:
“I carried you through a hard time. You may go on without me now.”
Only then do they dissolve.
And the heart becomes light again.
