12. The Story in the Clay Pot (Zen & Bhashya)

A clay pot does not hold the sky. It merely gives the sky a place to be seen.

Your mind is like that pot. It does not contain truth — it contains the space for truth to appear.

The trouble comes when you think You are the pot.

But the Fool smiles and says:

“Look again. You are the sky.”

Story therapy is not about teaching the pot to be wiser. It’s about remembering the vastness around it.
